This year, 52 student-athletes received a total of $150,000 in bursaries as part of the 19th edition of the Saputo Bursary Program, presented recently at the Centre Nutrilait.
There were three bursary types awarded: Academic Excellence bursaries to reward outstanding scholastic achievement, Academic and Athletic Support bursaries to promote the successful balance of athletic and academic pursuits, and one Perseverance bursary to commend exemplary attitude in the face of difficult circumstances.
