This course introduces participants to the fundamentals of Agile methodology and how Agile principles can be applied to project planning, teamwork, and task management.

Participants will explore the Agile philosophy, common Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban, the roles involved in the Agile process, and key practices such as user stories, backlog management, scrum reviews, story points, risk management, and the concept of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP).

At the end of the training, participants will be able to: 

  • Understand the Agile philosophy and its application in project management 
  • Distinguish between different Agile approaches, including Scrum and Kanban 
  • Identify key roles and responsibilities in the Agile process 
  • Apply Agile principles to project risk management and changing project needs 
  • Develop and organize user stories and product backlogs 
  • Participate in scrum reviews and Agile planning activities 
  • Estimate project tasks using story points 
  • Understand the Agile process and the role of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP)
