Many recent graduates are looking for teaching experience. Teaching English overseas is a huge market with a lot of possibilities. This course trains participants (aged 18+) in various teaching methods.
Students must have a High-Intermediate Level (B2+) in order to take this course. Proof of level may be provided to the Language School via secondary school/college/university transcripts in English, or through official tests such as IELTS, Pearson Test of English, CAEL, Bright Test, or DuoLingo. Alternatively, an assessment may be taken through the Vanier Language School testing platform for a fee of $15.
Course length takes into account class time, practicum observation, the preparation time for the sample lesson given at the end of term, homework and all other related course work.
Important to note: The College reserves the right to cancel any cohort, program, course, or service prior to the scheduled start date. In such instances, all refundable fees will be reimbursed in full.
