On Friday, March 13, a Vanier College Model United Nations (VCMUN) delegation will depart for Lima, Peru, to participate in Harvard University’s World Model United Nations (WorldMUN) conference – widely regarded as the premier international Model UN gathering.
This milestone follows a semester marked by sustained excellence and preparation. Since October, VCMUN delegates have earned recognition at multiple conferences:
These results reflect months of research, structured training, peer mentorship, and disciplined preparation led by the VCMUN executive. WorldMUN brings together more than 2,000 university-level delegates from over 110 countries. The opportunity for our students to compete and collaborate on this global stage is both a significant academic achievement and a testament to the strength of experiential learning at Vanier College.
The delegation will be accompanied by Faculty Advisor and Political Science teacher, Ara Karaboghossian and Political Science Teacher Brandon Spray.
The College community wishes the delegation every success as they represent Vanier in Lima.
