After claiming Silver at the 2023 Canadian Tire National Skating Championships, Silver at the 2023 Leon Lurje Trophy in Gothenburg, Sweden, and Silver at the 2023 Challenger Series Spring Cup, Les Supremes Junior synchronized skating team made headlines recently after winning a gold medal for the short program at the 2023 ISU World Junior Synchronized Skating Championships held in Angers, France.
The team's victory was a testament to the hard work, dedication, and talent of all its members, including three Vanier College Sport-études student athletes: Constance Chen (Social Science 3 Math), Gabriella Musi (Health Science), and Jennifer Passarelli (Pure and Applied Science).
Their impressive performance on March 10th wowed judges and spectators alike, earning the team the top spot for the short program. Their intricate footwork, perfect synchronization, and graceful movements were a sight to behold, and their gold medal win was well-deserved.
As athletes, Constance, Gabriella and Jennifer have demonstrated a remarkable level of commitment to their sport.
