On October 22, 2026, colleagues, classmates, and loved ones gathered at Dawson College to celebrate the hard work and achievements of graduates of the Master Teacher Program.

The MTP, Performa's English-language, graduate-level pedagogical development program, has had a transformative impact on the lives and the pedagogical practice of cégep teachers and staff for almost 30 years.

Graduates from Vanier celebrated at this year's event include Else Leon (Nursing), Liane Carfagnini (Respiratory and Anaesthesia Technology), Maryanne Duque (Nursing), Elisa Ruffini (Respiratory and Anaesthesia Technology), and Lina El Masri (Business Administration).

Graduates were joined by Vanier community members Julia Hall (Vanier's Performa representative), Tim Campbell (SET teacher and MTP instructor), Caroline Fodor (Dean of Academic Development and Research), and Wilma Brown (retired coordinator of the Pedagogical Development Office and longtime MTP teacher and chair of the MTP Steering Committee).

Congratulations to the graduates and best wishes as you continue your learning journeys!
