Men's D3 Volleyball team seeks head coach

Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintain communication with the Athletics Department;
• Prepare the team and the athletes in a physical and mental well-being; prepare weekly 
  practices, monthly and season objectives;
• Responsible for team practices, team selection, as well as work with your assistant coaches;
• Establish and maintain team rules, as well as the proper conduct and ensure sportsmanship 
  and ethical behavior as per the RSEQ Code of Conduct, and the Vanier College Code of 
  Conduct Policy;
• Participate and collaborate with all initiatives from the Athletics and Student Service 
  Department;
• Have a positive image for the student Athletes and appropriate representation of the 
  college.

Additional Information
This is a 1-year contract, effective as of August 24, 2026.  The contract will be renewable after every year. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of coaching experience (preferably at the post-secondary level) as well as a level 1 or 2 NCCP certification. Salary will be determined at the time of interview.
