bill macarthur

It was with a heavy heart that Director General Gilbert Héroux informed the Vanier community that Bill MacArthur, one of our colleagues in the Physical Education Department, suffered a massive and fatal heart attack at his home on the afternoon of January 1st, 2014.

It was a great shock to everyone and a big loss for all who knew him and worked with him over his long tenure at Vanier. Vanier extended their deepest sympathies to the family, his partner Cathy and his two children and his brother Ian, himself a long-serving member of this community until his recent retirement.
