Telemedicine
- All full-time eligible Vanier employees and their family members who currently hold an employee assistance program certificate from Beneva have access to medical services using the Dialogue Plaform

Employee fitness
- Group fitness classes are offered primarily from 12 to 1 pm and include bootcamp, yoga, swimming and more. Certain time slots at the fitness centre and the free swim hour at the pool (both also typically at lunch time) open for employees (fees may apply). Learn more→

Professional development and training
- As an employee of the College, you can attend some of its classes free of charge if they are
related to your work.
- Depending on your category of employment (faculty, professional, support or management), fees incurred in professional development initiatives (seminars, tuition fees, etc.) may be reimbursed as well. These professional development programs are managed by the College in collaboration with the unions.
