The DELF (Diplôme d’études en langue française) is an internationally recognized standardized exam attesting to proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in French, with a focus on everyday language use.

DELF diplomas are awarded by the French Ministry of National Education and are valid for life. Results can support graduation, university admission, career prospects, and more. 

This intensive prep course prepares students for the DELF exam through comprehensive coverage of 4 key skills: 

  • Listening comprehension
  • Reading comprehension
  • Written expression
  • Oral expression

Exam simulations under conditions similar to those of the DELF are offered in order to be confident and ready on the day of the exam.   

Students (aged 16+) will receive 4 hours of direct online instruction per week, and should expect 2-4 hours of associated homework on a weekly basis. 

An intermediate level of French (minimum B1) is needed to take this class.
