DELF (Diplôme d'études en langue française) testing

The Vanier Language School is proud to be an approved testing centre for the DELF (Diplôme d'études en langue française) examination. We currently offer the B2 level exam exclusively to current Vanier students, allowing them to complete their French language certification in a familiar and supportive environment.

The DELF (Diplôme d’études en langue française) is an internationally recognized examination attesting to a learner’s proficiency level in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in French (4 competencies), with a focus on language usage in everyday situations. The diploma is awarded by the French Ministry of National Education and is valid for life. The DELF is aligned with the levels of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFRL).  An average grade of 50 out of 100 points for each part of the exam is required to obtain the diploma.

For more information and upcoming exam dates, students can contact the Language School.
