DCS Withdrawal (Continuing Education)

If you wish to withdraw from Continuing Education Evening and Credit Courses for the Summer 2025 semester, you must complete the course withdrawal or the college withdrawal forms. Students registered in Summer and/or Prep School courses will receive a link via Omnivox to these forms.

Deadlines

The Summer School Course Withdrawal deadline is Wednesday, June 18, 2025 by 4mp.m. 

The Summer School College Withdrawal deadline is Wednesday, June 18, 2025 by 4 p.m. 

The Prep School Course Withdrawal deadline is Wednesday, July 2, 2025 by 4 p.m. 

The Prep School College Withdrawal deadline is Wednesday, July 2, 2025 by 4 p.m. 

Please note that withdrawing from the College means you must reapply on SRAM if you wish to return in a future semester. To reapply, you must follow the guidelines stipulated on the SRAM website. 

For current students at Vanier, please contact us to discuss your situation beforehand to make an educated decision. 

Refunds will be processed as per By-Law 7.
