The Health Services Office is part of the Student Services Department.
Our aim is to help you learn a lot about yourself; how to take good care of your health both mentally and physically. How to understand the messages your body is sending you and how to act accordingly. What to do to prevent illness or injury and how to prevent deterioration when they are already present.
Best of all, we can translate all of the technical terminology into plain language for you!
Staffed with community health nurses, the Health Resource Centre will help you develop and maintain your potential for good health. Whether you’re sick, injured or in top shape, you’ll always be welcomed as a person, not a “patient”.
