Online application and submission of required documents is mandatory for new students planning to enroll in Credit Courses.

You are considered a new student if you have not registered in a Credit Course at Vanier College within the last 12 months.


Note for New Students

All documents must be uploaded online within 2 days of the application date. Only new students are required to upload the necessary documents for your application to be processed. Click the button below to upload required documents and/or to view your application status.


Please note if you are a returning Vanier student, you are not required to submit an application. Students who have been enrolled at Vanier College within the last 12 months are considered returning students.

Continuing Education students enrolled in Fall 2018 courses will automatically receive a registration appointment time. If your last semester was Summer 2018 or Winter 2018, please call the Continuing Education Office at 514-744-7000 to request a registration appointment. **Commandite students are not considered returning students**

Please note: full – time Day time ACS program applicants do not use this service to apply. Prospective ACS Program students must attend an information session first. View information sessions of ACS Programs.
