The Vanier English Department Writing Guide is a booklet designed to help you improve your essay-writing skills. It covers a wide variety of information that will be useful to you when it comes time to write your essays, including how to choose and analyse a topic, organize your ideas, write a thesis statement and paragraphs and how to properly quote and cite sources, along with sample student essays.
