Entering a contest? Have a great idea for a project with an environmental theme? There might be ways to win some prizes. Check here for current contests that are inviting you to submit and develop your ideas to make a more sustainable future.

Enviro Contests

The VCSA and the office for sustainability have created a fund which aims to encourage you to enter contests! Or to enter environmentally themed projects in contests that already exist.

You can get a micro-grant to help you get your green project together. Up to 200$ is available to help you with some basic expenses like materials, travel or entry fees.

To propose a project, write up a 1 page description of your idea, which contest (s) you plan to enter it in and what your expenses will be.

Deadline: none. Grants will be awarded on a first come first serve basis.

Water dynamics, biodiversity, climate change, pollution (soil, air, water), pesticides, herbicides, agriculture, food industry, green washing, recycling,
