How to get a locker (2012-2013)
The Locker Fee is $10.00 per person, per school year (covering both Autumn and Winter semesters).
Login to Omnivox and follow the prompts to select and pay for your locker. Please note that you must first COMPLETE YOUR COURSE REGISTRATION AND OBTAIN YOUR CONFIRMED COURSE SCHEDULE by clicking on My Schedule.
You can start selecting a locker through Omnivox on:
Autumn 2012 semester: August 21, 2012
Winter 2013 semester: January 17, 2013
It is strongly suggested that:
- You consult your course schedule to determine where the majority of your classes will be located before selecting a locker.
- You use a combination lock rather than a key lock.
ATTENTION MUSIC STUDENTS
Lockers located in Building "A" are reserved for MUSIC STUDENTS*. These lockers are double and you will share your locker with another Music student. Given the location of the majority of your classes, it is recommended that you select a Building "A" locker. However, if you wish to share your locker with a student who is not in the Music program, you must select your locker in Building "K" or "N."
* Including Modern Languages & Music Double DEC, Science & Music Double DEC, Social Science & Music Double DEC.
LOCKER CANCELLATION DEADLINE
The last day to cancel your locker request is:
Autumn 2012 semester: September 21, 2012
Winter 2013 semester: February 18, 2013
NOTE: Fees are non-refundable if the locker is cancelled after the delete deadline of the semester you initially acquired the locker.
WARNING
Lockers are assigned via Omnivox. If a student places a lock on a locker that is NOT assigned to them (check the locker number carefully), the contents of the locker will be confiscated and the student will be charged a fine. The student will then have two business days to retrieve their belongings from Student Services (C-203).
ATTENTION ALL STUDENTS
The locker is available to you until Monday, May 27, 2013. After this date, all locks will be removed and the College will dispose of any remaining items. Vanier College reserves the right at all times to inspect any locker and to remove any lock for security purposes.
