â— Inspect buildings and outside areas of property to detect signs of wildlife intrusion
â— Identify wildlife concern and determine type of exclusion method necessary and explain details of the job and provide estimate of costs to clients
â— Advise clients on how to prevent or limit wildlife encounters in or around their home
â— Provide exceptional customer service
â— Maintain a high level of wildlife behavior and service knowledge
â— Work in various weather conditions
â— Operate in confined spaces including attics and crawlspaces
â— Use of power/hand tools, insulation/restoration equipment
â— Job assignments may include positions such as crouching, squatting, bending, kneeling, reaching, climbing up & down ladders, carrying ladders & other equipment
â— Direct and/or assist other workers in exclusion methods
â— Comply with all company health and safety policies
