Work closely with Study Directors in all aspects of the assigned studies.Ensure that logbooks are prepared before the initiation of the study.Ensure that all material and equipment required for a study are available before the start of the study.Ensuring that the equipment used is validated (when applicable) and that certificates of validation are easily available.Produce the schedule of events.Produce collection schedules when applicable.Review data on a daily basis.Ensure that all calculations related to studies have been verified.Ensure that study study plan and amendments have been read and understood by technical staff involved in studies, before the start of studies.Ensure that all tasks carried out are performed in full compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), where these conditions apply.Ensure the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are understood and consistently applied.Ensure the appropriate Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are available prior to start of study.Plan the work of team members to maximize efficiency and productivity..Train, coach and support staff when requiredProvide regular feedback on technician’s performance to their immediate supervisorProvide safe working environment.Review Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) when required. Perform technical work when required.
