Develops and maintains planning/organization of US and Canadian tradeshows (i.e. registration, booth logistics)
Establishes and maintains a centralized archive of presentations, marketing materials and communications that is accessible to various functional groups internally
Takes charge in special projects (i.e. out-source print jobs (i.e. brochures, catalogues and flyers); mailers; product videos)
Develops presentations, flyers, press releases, newsletter and other marketing material with the support of the Marketing Department
Creates a marketing database, prepare US and Canadian mailings (print sheets, labels and e-blast)
Assists in marketing research
Develops user manuals for new or updated products
Assists in the development of advertising
Other tasks as needed

D.E.C. in Business Administration, Communication, Cinema & Video, Hypermedia, Graphic Design, Illustration & Design, Fine Arts
Knowledge of principles, concepts, practices, techniques and tools in the areas of marketing and project management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem solving and analytical thinking/innovation
Have the ability to collaborate and contribute to creative projects
Have the ability to work independently or cooperatively as part of a team.
Organized, enthusiastic, able to prioritize and deliver results
Strong work ethic and motivation to work hard
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office; Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Dreamweaver would be an asset
Knowledge of database management is an asset
Bilingualism (French & English) is essential; Mandarin, Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese would be an asset
