This position is for a position in our Network Operation Centre. The position entails monitoring device status, analyzing trends,and routine performance verifications. This is the initial point of contact for customers and internal users, through which service requests and problems are logged and managed, but is not a traditional helpdesk. The candidate will apply understanding of computer software, hardware and tools to detect or resolve problems. We will train the chosen candidate in all aspects of the position. |
