We are presently looking for someone who is dynamic, resourceful and has the ability to maintain different tasks all at once in collaboration with the administrative team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be asked to analyse, prepare and coordinate the cost and evaluation of construction projects.The following are some responsibilities applied to this position
To properly interpret all tender documents during the tendering process
To distribute all tender documents to all bidding participants
To develop detailed quantity lists of labor, materials and equipment
Assist the Project Manager in contract negotiations with the subcontractors
Verify and coordinate the material delivery deadline with the subcontractors
Assist meetings on site with Subtrades and Client
Analyse change orders, request pricing, prepare quotes and manage approvals
Follow-up on shop drawings and samples
Conduct site visits and take many photo’s of the on-going construction |
