We have an opening for a summer job within our Product Development and Management team.

The work will consist in re-writing in VB.net an application that is used to select funds in order to create customized investment portfolios for Standard Life’ clients.

The application is currently written in Visual Basic 6.0 and uses third parties components for certain features. It has several thousand lines of coding.

A strong interest and superior skills in mathematics is essential for this position. The ideal candidate works well in a team and has an eye for detail and accuracy.

Thorough knowledge of VB.net and its environment.

Knowledge of SQL Server and Access a plus.
