Cineflix is looking for a Junior Accountant. This is a full-time position in Montreal. Reporting to the Corporate Finance Director, the Junior Accountant will be responsible for certain financial, treasury and payable functions. Duties and Responsibilities: • Preparation of all bank reconciliations for all corporate companies • Filing of GST, QST returns on a monthly and/or quarterly basis • Administer the credit card process for the Company, including issuance, daily monitoring of credit card limits and reconciliation of accounts • Assist Accounts Payable with coding of expense reports and credit card transactions • Assist in the reconciliation of all intercompany transactions on a monthly basis The Person • Able to work independently as well as work co-operatively with others to achieve common objectives • Good communication skills are essential • Flexible and responsive to changes as this new role develops Qualifications / Skills • An accounting qualification • Minimum 3 Years experience in financial accounting and management • Strong excel skills a must • Knowledge of Great Plains and FRX an asset Please email your CV to: adavis@cineflix.com.
