Job Requirements: (Knowledge/ Experience):

- Must have a valid Damage Insurance Agent's license delivered by the Quebec Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) OR must have successfully completed the AMF exams required before the hiring date.
- Must be fluent in French and English - Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills - Previous insurance experience or customer service or sales experience is an asset.
- People skills, tact and diplomacy are essential
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to demonstrate initiative and capacity to prioritize workload.
- Above average keyboarding and navagational skills

Aptitudes required: Results-oriented; Teamplayer; Active listening skills; Excellent comprehension and communication skills; Customer service oriented; Initiative; Excellent partnering skills.
