WHAT DOES A KEY HOLDER DO?
This hourly, entry level Management position is ideal for energetic, high-performing individuals. It provides an opportunity to learn retail Management skills within a "big box" retail Toys“R”Us Express Store environment. Key Holders will learn how to drive sales, execute merchandising strategy and maintain Customer Service standards.
The Key Holders supports the Management team in:
Driving sales and service targetsGiving great Customer ServiceCoaches and Motivates team membersAddressing in-stock issues
We are looking for candidates with retail experience in a small retail store. Prior experience as a key holder opening and closing the Store, working independently to make sure the Store looks great and that Customers receive exceptional service is preferred.
