- Offer administrative support to Project Managers
- Assist weekly site meetings and prepare minutes
- Insure conveyance of information between sub-trades and professionals (plans, e-mails, site clarifications, deficiency list, etc.)
- Follow-up on shop drawings and samples
- Analyse change orders, request pricing, prepare quotes and manage approvals.
- Coordinate work on site with superintendant and building security (freight elevator reservations, access, shut-downs, etc.)
- Prepare, update and submit all logs (for change orders, shop drawings, reservations, etc.)
- Prepare purchase orders
- Prepare all necessary documentation: Contracts, Contact lists, Prevention Programs, Site openings with CSST, Bonds, Insurance, etc.
