Construction Ste-Croix Update:
Following the 12th of June update posted on Vanier Security Services website, the city has confirmed that the construction project will be started early in front of the College. The phase of the project between Decelles and De l’Église will begin on the 26th of June instead of mid-august. During this phase of the project, the Basile-Moreau entrances will remain open at all times while the entrance on Ste-Croix will be closed to all traffic.
Update: Access to P2 parking lot will ONLY be maintained during the closure of the main entrance on Ste-Croix by providing a 2-way street on the front campus road.
This is a reminder to the community that, regardless of the information you may have received through third parties, parking passes are available for faculty, staff and students for the summer semester. Passes are available at 85$ payable at the accounting counter (H-300) and can be picked up after payment from Security Services (F-243)
Take also note that summer season and construction projects do not affect the parking regulation or its enforcement.
Thank you for your cooperation
Update #1 (2012/06/18) : Pedestrian traffic will be maintained most of the time during construction. It may be blocked for very specific part of the project. Cyclists will have to take the detours indicated by the City of Montreal.
