Details

    • 51% of the group must be members of the STAR program and must not have been paid for any work completed
    • All group members must have been a Full-time student in Pre-university, Career or Continuing Education Program for at least one semester between August 23, 2010 and March 15th, 2012
    • All group members must be 35 years or younger as of March 15th, 2012
    • At least 80% of the students involved in the project must meet the criteria for individuals
    • All group members must have participated in the project
    • The project must not have been a requirement for obtaining a college diploma or an attestation of college studies but can be linked to a course
    • The project must relate 1 (one) of the following seven categories:

    - Entrepreneurship, Business and Economy
    - Art, Literature and Culture
    - Mutual Aid, Peace and Justice
    - Environment
    - Health and Sport
    - Science and Technology
    - Society, Communication, Education and Politics

    • Strong moral character
    • Service to school community and community at large
    • Leadership
    • Academic excellence
