This course introduces techniques for understanding and managing behaviour in the workplace and in other areas of your life. Achieving personal effectiveness depends on certain key skills. These skills include your ability to understand your own behaviour and the behaviour of others, understanding how perception, expectation and interpretation of a situation will shape your experience andhow to apply these concepts in an effective manner. In order to give you direct experience with some of these concepts, many of our classes will involve projects to be done in an individual or group format.
