The student will study the roles, functions and responsibilities of the numerous participants in the practising aspect of an industrial electronics technologist in the manufacturing industry. Students will learn and apply effective communication skills in meetings and while communicating with members of a team. Students will review the standards, ethics and conventions used in the industry. Students will be encouraged to join professional organizations accessible to them, and participate in local seminars and professional activities. The weekly labs will allow the student the opportunity to produce a curriculum vita, and seek a stage position.
