Gavin Whiteley is an audio engineer specializing in music technology. Over the past 10 years he has toured extensively across Europe, Asia, and North America. Past roles have included musical theatre mixer, tour manager for Real World recording artists, and sound engineer for Cirque du Soleil’s Dralion tour and “O” show in Las Vegas.

Gavin is the Music Playback Engineer for The Beatles LOVE by Cirque du Soleil, at The Mirage in Las Vegas. Working closely with Sir George and his son Giles Martin, Gavin installed, programmed, and operates a series of digital

audio workstations, exclusively using the original recordings of The Beatles, which bring their music to life for a unique state-of-the-art live production.

Gavin Whiteley holds a Master of Music degree in Sound Recording from McGill University, and has also been a guest lecturer at the University of Nevada Las Vegas. Gavin is president of Major Scale Audio, Inc. Gavin is seen on the right at the audio workstation on which he mixes original Beatles tracks live at every performance of the Cirque du Soleil show "Love".
