Vanier Economocs Grad Is Now a World Class Opera Performer

Vanier alumnus Taras Kulish attended Vanier from 1985 to 1987 and graduated with a DEC in Economics. He says he has many wonderful memories from those days. After Vanier he went on to Concordia to study Economics as a major and Music as a minor. By the time he finished his BA in Economics he knew he wanted to be a singer. In 1990, he entered the Bachelor of Music Program at McGill and graduated in 1995. He is now a successful opera singer travelling the world singing opera. He recently sang his European debut touring France and Belgium, singing the title role in the opera Don Giovanni. He has sung many times with the Montreal Opera, Vancouver Opera, Calgary Opera, Edmonton Opera, and many other opera companies.
