John McMahon, Director General of Vanier College, is pleased to announce that Karine Petrosyan has been named Facilities Manager at Vanier.

“Karine is a project manager with more than 8 years of engineering experience and excellent communication and problem solving skills. She is arriving at Vanier at time when there are many construction and renovation projects either underway or planned at the College so she will undoubtedly be a major asset at a time when our campus is undergoing certain major changes,” said John McMahon.

Karine, who officially started working at Vanier this week, holds an Associate Degree in Project Management from HEC Montreal, a Bachelor of Science and Masters (M.Sc.) in Civil Engineering from Odessa National Maritime University and is a Member of the Canadian Society for Civil Engineering. Prior to coming to Vanier she worked as a Project Manager in Facilities Management Services at John Abbott College.

“I am so excited to begin my mandate at Vanier College. As someone who is constantly striving for process improvement and who is a dedicated team player and multi-tasker I strongly feel that this new position will provide me with many opportunities to work with individuals from all areas of the College and I look forward to collaborating with them,” said Karine Petrosyan.
