The Mathematics and Science Centre provides the eTutoring site for your educational and informational purposes.
1. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF USE
Your access to and use of MSC eTutoring is subject to the following terms and conditions. Please read this User Agreement carefully before using this site.
2. THE MSC ONLINE TUTORING SERVICE
MSC eTutoring provides online tutoring services to current Vanier students. In order to use this site you must register with us as a user. In consideration for use of this site, you agree to provide complete and accurate information when so prompted by this site. In using MSC eTutoring, you agree to make a firm commitment to improve your math and/or science skills. You understand that the MSC tutors and teachers will not do any work for you, nor supply answers, ideas, or wording for assignments that you must submit as your own work. You will not ask any questions that request the tutors or teachers to do any work for you. You understand that the MSC tutors and teachers will provide a response as soon as possible, but cannot guarantee that a response will be provided by the time you require it. You understand that the content you post online is displayed anonymously, however, the administrators (not including MSC tutors and teachers) of the MSC eTutoring site monitor the content posted and are aware of the profile information of all users.
3. LIMITATIONS ON CONTENT
You agree not to submit, post or otherwise transmit unlawful, harmful, threatening, vulgar, profane, abusive, harassing, obscene, pornographic, defamatory, tortuous, a personal attack, or objectionable material of any kind. MSC eTutoring will monitor all content published on this site, and may remove any material that, in its sole discretion, considers inappropriate. However, because we do not pre-approve or edit content submitted for publication on this site, it is possible that inappropriate content could be published on this site for a short period of time. We will respond with appropriate action to any content that is published in violation of the Agreement. We also will respond to feedback from users regarding the content that is published on this site. Comments regarding abusive content may be sent to

4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The services provided on this site are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. MSC eTutoring makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of this site, its contents, any information made available on this site, or any services offered on this site. Furthermore, MSC eTutoring does not make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the services offered on this site or the reliability or accuracy of any information available on this site. MSC eTutoring does not warrant that use of this site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components. By using this site, you agree that any material and/or data obtained from this site is done at your own discretion and risk.
5. COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
Any material or information that you transmit to this site is, and shall be treated as, non-confidential and non-proprietary. You agree to assume full responsibility for all information and/or material that you post or transmit to this site. MSC eTutoring and its affiliates reserve the right to edit, copy, publish, retransmit and distribute any information and/or material that you post or transmit to this site.
6. TERMINATION
MSC eTutoring reserves the right to restrict or deny access to this site to any user, including those users that have previously had access. Furthermore, MSC eTutoring may terminate the services provided by this site with or without cause at any time and would take effect immediately. The only right that you have with respect to dissatisfaction with any guidelines or practices of MSC eTutoring is for you to discontinue accessing MSC eTutoring.
