The Industrial Electronics Program (243.CO) is a three-year hands-on professional career program that provides students with the knowledge, training, and practical technical skills required to work in the automation industry. Whatever the industry, or its products, employers need highly trained people.

Today's companies require employees with multidisciplinary expertise that combines electrical, electronic, computer and mechanical skills, who can install, maintain, operate, program, modify, and troubleshoot increasingly sophisticated automated equipment.

Automation, process control, and robotics are the foundations of the modern production facility. Our multi-disciplined, hands-on approach to learning provides students with an accumulation of theoretical and practical knowledge to succeed in this critical area of production.

If you're looking for a dynamic career - one which will grow with the use of technology - look to the Industrial Electronics (Instrumentation and Automation Engineering) Technology Program at Vanier College.
