THIS PART CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING TO PAYMENT PROCEDURES BELOW
We regret that cash is not accepted
as payment for Student Fees. Fees may be paid online either through
our Omnivox service or through your personal internet or telephone
banking service. Fees may also be paid in person by Visa, MasterCard
or Debit Card at the Omnivox Kiosk located in the Student Mall.
Cheques and Money Orders are accepted at the Accounting Office
or by mail. (see below for details)
You must pay the Semester Fee before the deadline set each semester. You will not be allowed to register or have pre-registered courses assigned to you until the Semester fee is paid.
You may also pay for the following optional fees:
- Locker
fee of $ 10.00 per person, per school year (Fall AND Winter Semesters)
- Parents'
Association fee of $ 10.00;
- A $5 contribution to the Vanier College Foundation is included in your Semester Fee and will be used to directly benefit students. You may choose to donate another amount or to not donate at all as, this fee is optional. Your donation, whatever the amount will be appreciated. A tax receipt will be issued for amounts 10$ or above.
Students enrolled in special programs, non-resident students,
or those registering for certain courses will have additional
fees to pay. See Fee
and Refund Information .
A late payment fee of $50.00 will be added to any fees not paid
by the deadline set for each semester. Students who fail to pay
their fees will have their course choices deleted.

To determine your balance owing:
To pay by Visa, MasterCard, or Bank Debit card
- Credit card payments may be made online through Vanier College
Omnivox Services .
- Credit card and Debit card payments may be made in person
at the Omnivox kiosk in the Student Mall on the 1st floor of
the F building. Use the Omnivox kiosk anytime to review your
fees and to pay them with your Debit or Credit card.
To pay by cheque or money order:
- Make your cheque or money order payable to Vanier College.
Post-dated cheques are not accepted.
- PRINT (in block letters) the student's name and Vanier student
I.D. number on the back. If you are paying for any optional fees
(locker fee, Parents' Association membership fee, Vanier College
Foundation donation) please note that information on the back
of the cheque.
- Mail your payment to: Accounting Department, Vanier College,
821 Ste. Croix Ave.; Montreal, QC; H4L 3X9 or, bring it to the
3rd Floor of the H Building weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- New students should follow the instructions you received
with your letter of acceptance. Mail your Confirmation of Acceptance
with your cheque or money order to the Admissions Department,
Vanier College, 821 Ste. Croix Ave., Montreal, QC, H4L 3X9 .
- There is a fee of $20.00 for cheques not honoured by your
bank.
To pay through your own Online banking /telephone banking services
- If your bank or financial institution provides you with this
service, you may pay your student fees through their website
or their telephone banking system.
- Below is a list of banks which accept direct payments.
- Follow your bank's instructions and select "Vanier College"
as the payee.
- Use your student number as your account number.
- Your payment will be applied first to any outstanding debts
from previous semesters, then to your student fees for the next
semester, then to the locker fee, then to the Parent's Association
fee, and finally to the Vanier College Foundation. Please telephone
the Accounting Office at (514) 744-7500 ext. 7913 after you make
your payment if you wish us to apply your payment differently.
- Please allow three business days for your online or telephone
banking payment to be processed.
