Credit card payments may be made online through Vanier College Omnivox Services.
Credit card or Debit card payments may be made in person at the Omnivox kiosks in the Student Mall on the 1st floor of the F building.

Cheque or Money Order

Post-dated cheques are not accepted.

Make your cheque or money order payable to Vanier College.

PRINT (in block letters) the student’s name and Vanier student I.D. number on the back of the cheque or money order.

If you are paying for any optional fees (locker fee, Parents’ Association membership fee, Vanier College Foundation donation) please note that information on the back of the cheque or money order.

New students should follow the instructions received with the letter of acceptance for cheque or money order payments.

Online / Telephone Banking Services

Vanier College has made arrangements with the following financial institutions to permit payment of student fees via online or telephone banking:

  • ScotiaBank
  • Caisse Desjardins
  • RBC Royal Bank
  • Banque nationale du Canada
  • TD CanadaTrust
  • CIBC
  • BMO Bank of Montreal
  • BC Central Credit Union

Follow the financial institution’s instructions and select “Vanier College” as the payee.

Use the Vanier ID number as the account number.

Payments will be applied in this order:

  • First, any outstanding debts from previous semesters
  • Second, Semester Fees, Non Resident Fees (if applicable) tuition Fees (if applicable)
  • Third, Additional Semester Fees owing
  • Fourth, Optional Fees such as Vanier College Foundation, Lockers

Please telephone the Accounting Office at (514) 744-7500 ext. 7913 after you make your payment if you wish us to apply your payment differently.

Please allow three business days for your online or telephone banking payment to be processed.
