VANIER COLLEGE AUDITORIUM The Vanier College Auditorium is a multi-use concert hall with wonderful acoustics and a warm and welcoming ambience. It is a perfect venue for musical, dance, theatre and film performances, as well as lectures, conferences and graduations. Located on the first floor of the A Building in room A-103, the Auditorium seats 400 people and is air-conditioned. It contains state-of-the-art lighting and sound, plus a full range of audiovisual equipment, and also has an up-to-date sound recording facility. A Steinway grand piano can also be provided. The stage is 35 feet wide, 15 feet high, and 22 feet deep, with an apron that increases the depth to 30 feet at centre stage. Bonuses: entrances for the disabled; an attractive foyer with coat check facility; backstage dressing rooms with showers and kitchenette; and telecommunications links. Food services can be arranged, if desired. Associated meeting rooms are available if a series of events is planned. The Auditorium is within walking distance of two Metro stations, and 3 MUCTC bus lines pass the College. There is plenty of parking space available in the large College parking lot, just steps from the Auditorium entrance. More info and links at the bottom of this page.      BASIC FEE SCHEDULE Auditorium rental: Minimum 4 Hours for $950.00 plus taxes. Price includes three technicians, security guard, cleaning services plus lighting and sound equipment. Each additional hour for practice or setup time is $185.00 plus taxes. Each additional hour for performance time is $245.00 plus taxes. Extras: Steinway Grand Piano is $685.00 including tuning. Possiblility of rental of drums and other musical instruments. There is a $300.00 nonrefundable fee to reserve a specific date (s). Booking request forms can be picked up in D301 or online. PLEASE NOTE: Full payment of fees is due 5 days before performance (cash or certified cheque). A $300.00 security deposit in cash is also required before the performance. This covers any extra time that may be needed or damages incurred and is refundable if not used.

Extra charges for video projector and DVD/ VHS: $100.00 per day. Note: Prices do not include taxes. VANIER COLLEGE AMPHITHEATRE Located on the second floor of the B Building in room B-223, the Amphitheatre seats 100 people and has its own external entrance/exit, as well as access from inside the college. It is an attractive space with excellent acoustics, and is equipped with Internet and satellite connections to make it perfect for conferences and lectures. The Amphitheatre is equipped with a full range of audiovisual equipment: VCR and laser disc players; compact disc and digital tape player; large monitor; overhead and slide projectors, and has a hi-fi stereo sound system. There are also blackout curtains and light dimmers. As you see from the map below, the Vanier College Auditorium is located in room A-103 in the A Building, a short walk from the main parking lot next to the Sports Complex. The Amphitheatre is located in the adjacent B Building on the 2nd floor, in room B-223.
