Towards the end of the Preparatory Session semester, students have the opportunity to request a change to a regular Diploma Program at Vanier College through the College's Program Change procedure.
Each semester students must pass 50% or more of their courses in a full-time course load to be in good academic standing in the college.
Students who fail to comply with the College Policy on Academic Standing once, may be placed on Academic Probation. This may affect a program change request to some regular Diploma Programs.
Students in Pssages with Academic Probation status and who fail to comply with the Academic Standing Policy a second time, can be at risk of being suspended from the College.
Vanier College Board of Directors, College By-Law 8: Academic Success, approved December 13, 2005.
