Vanier Choir December Concert to present John Rutter’s Magnificat with the Joseph-François Perrault Symphony Orchestra
On December 6th at Église St. Laurent, the Vanier College choir with the McGill Conservatory Adult Choir (Erica Phare, director) will perform John Rutter’s Magnificat. The first part of the concert will feature orchestral works by Berlioz, Gustav Holst and Reed conducted by Richard Charron. The second part will be devoted to the music of John Rutter, including his Dancing Day for treble voices and harp (Valérie Milot) and the Magnificat conducted by Erica Phare. The concert will begin at 7:30 p.m. (Suggested donation $10). Do join us for this celebration.
