·         College diploma or certificate in a related field


·         Knowledge of customer service


·         Bilingual (written and spoken)


·         Knowledge of operating systems and hardware


·         Knowledge of database management could be favorable for career evolution






·         Must be flexible with working schedule


·         Effective communication skills (written and spoken)


·         Capacity to work under pressure and manage stress
