Always looking to expand, Datanova Software is currently looking to fulfill the position of a support electronics technician in our mobile systems department. The perfect candidate will be able to support our clients by working closely with the R&D department. You will ensure that Datanova Software is delivering superior customer service and support to our clients. You will also ensure our clients satisfaction and share your experience with developers in order to give the best customer experience possible. Finally, you will maintain our demo equipment’s with the latest stable versions while testing the latest releases to ensure high quality and user-friendly software.

Core responsibilities:

 

  • Provide exceptional technical support to our clients.
  • Receive, prioritize and triage incoming support inquiries and requests.
  • Maintain user manuals and help documents
  • Supervise and validate hardware installations.
  • Participate in deployment and maintenance tasks.
  • Investigate and assist developers to fix bugs.
  • Validate that software meets requirements and specifications.
  • Give valuable feedback to make software user-friendly.
