Job Description:

The candidate will be responsible for using their professional experience and network to source candidates for requisitions and pipeline. This individual will work closely with client-facing lead recruiters and hiring managers to understand the hiring need and build a targeted sourcing plan.

Responsibilities

–  Understand the client’s hiring need as well as management needs in order to build targeted sourcing plans and meet the hiring manager’s expectations along the way
-Use social networks such as LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, search engines/niche job boards to search for active and passive candidate
-Use social networks to promote employment (brand messaging that drives traffic to open roles)
– Strong hunter mentality with the ability to conduct cold calling into companies and candidate profile.
– Track day-to-day sourcing activity in CRM system
– Search, manage and organize internal CRM systems and pipeline.
– Conduct prescreening of candidates and book in person interviews
– Create and post job order
– Other administrative tasks as needed
