Primary role is to support clients by emails and phone call in a timely manner on questions regarding our software, connect to client computers to resolve software issues, record details of action taken, schedule appointments, train and educate our client on our software, perform webinars, follow up on customer interactions.

Customer service oriented, knowledge of customer service principles and practices, knowledge of relevant computer applications, ability to multi-task, interpersonal skills, communication skills, listening skills, problem analysis and problem solving, attention to details and accuracy, ability to adapt, initiative, proficient spoken and written French and English
