Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcomes customers by determining their beverage and/or food interests and needs.
  • Prepares and sells hot beverages, such as, expresso, café latte, and cappuccino, hot chocolate, tea, etc.
  • Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment; maintaining supplies, pastries, and other food items.
  • Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
  • Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.
  • Improving the operations and appearance of the café.
  • Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the café throughout the day.
  • Assists baker(s) and other staff members in various daily tasks when needed.
