Step 1: Login to MY OMNIVOX PORTAL and Click the Course Registration in the main menu to view your online registration appointment.
Step 2: Know how many and which courses to take:Refer to your program Progression Chart in Omnivox if your program of study is 300.AA General Social Sciences or 200.A0 Science. If you are in 081.C1 Springboard to a DCS or 081.C2 Requalification to a DCS please contact Academic Advising at 514-7447500 ext. 7022 at least a week before Registration to better plan your course registration.
To be a full-time student, you need at least 180 hours of class time per semester or 165 hours of class time if this includes one Physical Education course. Students registering for courses in 081.C2 Requalification and 081.02 Independent Studies cannot have a full-time status.

Step 1: Consult the Live Credit Course Schedule to view all the courses offered this semester and to verify the available seats
Step 2: Login to OMNIVOX by opening another window or tab in your browser
Step 3: Click on Progression Chart to view the courses you need to complete in your program.
Step 4: Click on Course Registration, read the instructions and click “continue” to proceed.
Step 5: Input the course number you wish to register for (first 6 characters only).
Step 6: Click for all available course schedule configurations, once the course number is entered in the course request form.
Step 7: Select your preferred course schedule.
Step 8: Enter your OMNIVOX login password to confirm this course.
Step 9: Return to Homepage and follow steps 4 to 8 for enrollment in additional courses.

If you have missed your online registration appointment, you will need to call the helpline at 514 370 8265 or the Continuing Education Office to request a new appointment.
A Late Registration Fee will be charged.

- This procedure can be used as late registration for students who have been admitted for the Winter 2018 Semester (or who have been a Vanier Continuing Education student in the past 12 months).
- Do not use this procedure to delete a course. To delete a course you must go to the Continuing Education office (H-102) to sign a Course Delete form.
- You must be absolutely sure before you submit a request for any change
