Login to OMNIVOX. Click the Course Registration on your Omnivox tab to view your appointment date and time.
You must register for your courses on OMNIVOX during the appointment time given to you.
Click on Progression Chart to view the courses you need to complete in your program.

Determine your status (full time, part time or other)
Status Definitions
- Full time: a minimum of 180 hours (or 4 courses) valid in your program per semester
- Fin de DEC, Fin de Programme status must be confirmed by an Academic Advisor
- Part-time: less than 180 hours of courses (or less than 4 courses) in your program or Independent status

At Your Appointment
- Login to OMNIVOX
- Click on Course Registration
- Follow the Prompts
- Input every course number you wish to follow (first 6 characters only).
- Once all course numbers are entered in the course request form, click for all available course schedule configurations.
- Select your preferred course schedule.

Missed Your Appointment?
If you have missed your online registration appointment, you will need to call the helpline to request a new appointment. A Late Registration Fee will be charged.
