Not all the teams carry managers - or "support personnel" - often because it can be such a tedious job that it is tough to find people who will do it. Some of our sports day to day operations are much more demanding than others and the manager of the team that we are recognizing this year is absolutely crucial. Student athletes come and go, and even coaches can be replaced. But when we find a good person to handle the managerial duties of the football team, we'll do whatever it takes to keep him!
