Another successful year of athletic achievement was celebrated with Vanier's annual Athletics Awards Banquet. Hosted by Vanier alumnus Don "Voice-Of-The-Cheetahs" Insogna (left) this year's festivities again featured an impressive display of individual and group awards. These awards recognizes those student-athletes who have achieved an
academic average of 80% or higher in the Autumn 2000 semester.
Faculty Deans Fran Davis, Fred Macdonald, Academic Dean Peter Ross and
Dean Heather Lewis pose with many of the Academic Achievement winners.
This year's top winner was David Carozza from the Rugby team, studying in
Pure and Applied Science: Science Plus program with an average of 94.1%.
